1. Provide and broadcast 24-hour live, taped, and character-generated broadcasts seven days per week, including: a. Broadcast all City Council meetings live and rebroadcast on Lima-GTV (normally two (2) meetings per month); b. Broadcast all Mayoral media briefings live and rebroadcast on GTV-Lima and social media (normally 4-5 per month), including those that take place in the City Council Chambers at 50 Town Square (approximately 46 per year) and the bi-monthly media briefings held out in the community at various locations (approximately 6 per year); c. Broadcast City PowerPoint presentations; d. Broadcast City-approved produced and pre-recorded programs, bulletin slides, and public service announcements (PSA) from outside agencies to include local, county, state, and federal governments, government-funded educational institutions, social service organizations, and 501(c)(3) organizations that a government or educational organization primarily funds upon request; e. Produce and broadcast a daily and weekly schedule of programming; f. Provide intros and exits for all programs and broadcasts; g. Program musical backgrounds/interludes; h.
