FIRM will provide: • Development of a comprehensive brand awareness plan for Forever Dublin, including analysis, key messages, tactics and success measures • Creation of content to support the campaign, including but not limited to social media posts, short-form videos, digital ads and/or feature stories for City publications • A targeted outreach strategy to reach older adults, family caregivers, healthcare partners and community organizations • Development of a community survey or focus groups to measure awareness and effectiveness of the campaign • Include elements that raise awareness of older adult issues, including ageism and purposeful inclusion • Monthly progress reports, along with a campaign outcomes report at the conclusion of the contract period
