In addition to providing the AGO software application for tracing of the blockchain for cryptocurrencies and tracing of cryptocurrencies on the blockchain(s), the selected offeror must provide the AGO with software training and user support; proactive software maintenance activities to ensure that the software application continues to function optimally; and necessary reactive software support to resolve technical problems, optimize the use of the application, and maintain the software’s performance and usability. At a minimum, this must include: • Blockchain Tracing – Ability to trace assets across all major blockchains within a single, unified graph with real-time investigation capabilities. • NFT Tracking – Support for tracing non-fungible tokens (NFTs) across multiple blockchains, including Ethereum, Solana and Polygon. • Demixing – The ability to demix transactions, either automatically or on demand, to identify the source and destination of funds. • Pattern Recognition – The ability to detect suspicious activity and trace complex patterns, including those involving mixers and cross-chain activity. • Collaboration – Ability to share investigative materials, such as graphs, with other users within BCI. • Movement Alerts – Notification features to alert investigators of asset movement on specific blockchains.
