Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conduct a job analysis and identify core and specialty competencies of Recovery Coachesin order to define a new occupational area. Job analysis must be conducted using the Developing a Curriculum(DACUM) methodology, a standardized research-based methodology for job analysis. Produce a finalDACUM job chart describing duties, tasks, knowledge and skills of Recovery Coaches and identifyingcorrespondence with Peer Support Professionals and other direct service workforce that are included in the OhioDirect Service Workforce Initiative. The scope of work for this contract is:Step 1: Job/Occupational Analysis--Conduct job analysis workshop to identify duties and tasks and todelineate knowledge areas and skills.1. Recruit up to 12 expert Recovery Coaches to participate in a two-day job analysis panel.2. Convene a panel of expert workers of varying demographics (e.g., rural/urban, large/small).3. Facilitate panel in the development of duty and task statements to describe the job.4. Facilitate panel listing of knowledge and skills associated with the job.5. Capture panel lists of behaviors, tools, equipment, acronyms, and future trends for the job.6. Assess correspondence between duties, tasks, knowledge and skills with those of Peer Support SpecialistDACUM and core Direct Service Workforce competencies identified through the Ohio DSW DACUM
