The purpose of this Solicitation is to provide qualified Vendors with sufficient informationregarding the Denver Public Schools Enterprise Management Department of Food and Nutrition ServicesVending Department needs in order to adequately prepare and submit a Response for the provision of acomputerized food and beverage vending service software system. It shall be agreed and understood thatResponses to this Solicitation must be received by the date and time established herein; once thisdeadline has passed, the Responses will be forwarded to various evaluation committees for review. Itshall be further agreed and understood that Responses to this Solicitation are considered to be workingdocuments while they are under consideration and, as such, are not subject to official bid openings; onlythe names of the respondents will be released at the public opening of Responses to this Solicitation
