3.1 The Warren County Juvenile Detention Center is a 26-bed facility: with a rated capacity of 24 with 2 holding cells. A Superintendent oversees the daily operations of the facility. The Mary Haven Youth Center is a 24-bed facility. A Superintendent oversees the daily operations of the facility. 3.2 The FSMC will supply all food, cleaning supplies, paper supplies, trash bags, uniforms for employees, expenses for employee physicals, etc., and labor, to include a salaried manager. Proposals must include a description of the staffing plan for food service operations. 3.3 The FSMC will comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations pertaining to food service as well as meet the general guidelines prescribed by the National School Lunch Program and School Food Authority. The FSMC will ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of ISS and USDA regarding each of the CNP’s covered by this contract.
