Program beneficiaries. The food service provided shall be operated and maintained as a benefit to SFA’s students, faculty, and staff. FSMC shall strive to increase participation by improving food quality at the service point, by seeking student and parent input, by successful menu variation and planning, by better marketing techniques, by interaction with and assisting the SFA's health and physical education classes to develop a customized program and curriculum regarding diet, wellness and nutrition, and by a strong emphasis on public relations
