The City of Columbus, Fleet Management Division desires to enter into an indefinite quantity agreement for air compressor maintenance and repair services. Contractor’s scope of work shall be comprised of a broad range of tasks pertaining to Fleet facilities’ air compressors. These tasks range from preventive maintenance work to emergency repairs on Atlas Copco model GAF37+FF, Ingersoll Rand model SSR-UP6-20-125, Quincy QP-7.5 air compressors. Representative tasks may include: 1. Performing manufacturer recommended preventive maintenance schedules; 2. Oil and filter changes; 3. Unloader valve repair; 4. Repair of air leaks; 5. Repair of oil leaks; 6. Compressor rebuild or replacement; All work includes picking up and cleaning on a daily basis. All replacement equipment shall be new. Equipment information including all manufactures serial numbers, equipment and product instruction guides, installer and manufacturer warranties, as well as manufacturer contact information shall be forwarded to Building Maintenance Manager at completion of project.
