4. SCOPE OF WORK To include replacing part of the flooring, strip/wax, vinyl base, light fixtures, blinds, repairing electrical damaged circuit, repairing drywall and paint as needed. The work includes all necessary permits, labor, materials, and equipment as outlined in the attached scope of work. Drywall • Repair, patch, and match ceiling texture as needed on all walls inside the unit before painting. Verify In Field (V.I.F) • 66 sqft of ½” Drywall on the ceiling kitchen and bathroom (V.I.F) Paint • Apply 2 coats of CMHA Bone White Sherwin Williams paint on all walls approximately 1165 sqft. Verify in Field (V.I.F.). • Apply 2 coats of Paintbrush/roller all interior plaster/Drywall Ceilings 504 sq. ft. Verify in Field (V.I.F.). • Apply 2 coats of Paint, brush/roller all interior wood door trim 176 LF (V.I.F) • Paint Wood shelves and windowsills 20 sqft (V.I.F) • Paint color Sherwin Williams CMHA Bone White Electrical • Remove and replace all damaged circuits because of the fire (conduit, wires, electrical boxes, brackets, etc.) • Test the light switch and GFCI in the kitchen and replace if necessary (V.I.F) • Remove light fixture Provide and Install (48” long 26 51 1350 0400 . 2 ft. x 4 ft. 4400 Lumens Integrated LED Panel Light, 4000K.
