Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Facilities Director will make a decision when snow removal is needed and direct the maintenance foreman to call for service. A call back is required within 20 minutes of call notification by the maintenance foreman. Task 1: All school lots would need to have the snow removed by 6:00 a.m. on school days. In the event that the District closes due to the weather, the school lots would still need to be cleaned off no later than 9:00 a.m. Any removal for other non-school days must be coordinated with the maintenance foreman. Task 2: In the event of a significant snowfall (2 inches or more) during school hours, parking lots would need to be cleaned as soon as possible. In the event of freezing rain and/or ice, rock salt will need to be spread on the driveways and parking lots. If the District requests snow removal, the Contractor must guarantee that response to a call for services will be made within 20 minutes. Task 3: Accumulated snow can be stored on the property as designated by the maintenance foreman. Task 4: Contractor must supply all equipment and supplies.
