Hobart Dish machine- This bid shall be inclusive of 2 maintenance inspections, 2 proactive maintenance visits per year, labor, 24/7 emergency response coverage, expedited parts, expendable parts, labor and annual calls. Combi Ovens, Convection Oven, Cold Display Cases, milk coolers, walk-in refrigeration and braising pans, - This bid shall be inclusive of 24/7 care, labor, parts and freight (except for expendable parts) and annual calls. All other equipment- will be serviced on as needed basis, labor, parts & freight and annual calls shall be included in this bid. Invoices must be itemized to clearly equipment with serial number, work provided, and materials separately (if applicable). Parts/materials and freight shall be covered by contractor with the exception of expendable parts. Materials may be provided by COBH (prior approval will be required if contractor is to provide any parts/materials billable to COBH).
