Check/change oil and filter Inspect valves. Clean the carbon from valves and head. Check and tighten all bolts, nuts, etc. Inspect unloader assembly. Check operation of low oil guard. Check/adjust belt tension Record the pump-up time for each pump on each compressor Change “Quin-Cip” lubricant Torque pulley clamp screws or jamnut Provide a written report of current compressor status, all repair needs & deficiencies to the Plant Services Office. One (1) Atlas Copco Rotary Screw compressor (Model GX4P EP CSA/UL) located in the Moritz basement. Quarterly Maintenance: Service is to be performed in September, December, March, June. Check oil level Check that condensate from the dryer is draining automatically Check belt tension Inspect oil cooler clean if necessary Check and tighten all bolts, nuts, etc. Inspect the air receiver. Test the safety valve. Provide a written report of current compressor status, all repair needs & deficiencies to the Plant Services Office.
