A. Supplier representative(s) must be present to record the event, oversee production, direction, supplier’s equipment, cameras, technical platform, streaming operations, and to coordinate with MIH staff and facility personnel. B. Pre-Recorded Broadcast location: pre-recorded broadcast of program speakers/ presentations from the supplier location or pre-determined location (Media TV host will provide pre-recorded session). C. Technical execution i. The two Virtual events with flexibility for up to 1,500 participants. ii. Customization of platform content to allow for MIH event branding. iii. Pre-recorded streaming across social media i.e., MIH Facebook live, YouTube live, etc. iv. Send notifications/alters to attendees. v. Video feed of the pre-recorded MHM Statewide Kickoff event and panel discussion. vi. Technical support to monitor session streaming vii. Any additional activities specified by the production schedule.
