Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Consultant will arrive and be set up no later than 8:30 am on Tuesday, March 26,2024. Provide use of equipment to include at least a compact disc player, two speakers and one microphone for the Commission sponsored Health Expo 2024, located at 77 S. High Street, 5th Floor Lobby on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The DJ must provide a blue tooth compatible headphone mic. The music to be played (CD’s or digital) will be provided to the Consultant by the individuals providing the entertainment in the form of a compact disc on the day of the event. The playlist must be appropriate, and NOT contain any sexual content, profanity, or negative gender statements. There are scheduled entertainers that will need their CD’s played for their performances. Music will need to be played during intermission and in between entertainment groups. This music should be upbeat, with no words. The Consultant will provide at least one person to operate the equipment. The Commission will provide a table, chair and skirting. Parking is at the discretion of the vendor. All parking fees must be included in the bid/contract and must be comparable to other down-town rates parking rates.
