Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) is soliciting bids to secure LANDSCAPING & SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES for the following location(s): 799 N Main Street, Lima, Ohio 45801 ; 1. Contractor is to provide a bid for cost per occurrence of lawn care services. Please indicate whether bid includes services other than mowing (i.e., weeding, trimming, mulching, tree/shrub maintenance, etc.). 2. Remove snow from sidewalks and parking lot either by shovel and/or plow when snowfall exceeds 1 inch, no later then 6:30 a.m., and clear any additional accumulation of snow 1 inch or greater during normal work hours. 3. Apply deicing chemicals or salt when ice exists on lot, walkways, and patio. 4. Pick up and remove from premises, all leaves, litter, and debris on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 5. Clean gutters two times a year during business hours: 6. Mow and trim grass areas weekly during business hours. 7. Weed all mulched, rock bed, and plant material ground cover areas surrounding the facility as requested by ODJFS during business hours: 8.
