Thank you for your interest in receiving the solicitation packet for the Defense Logistics
Agency (DLA) Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) Food and Beverage concession
services at Columbus, OH. Enclosed is the Request for Proposal (RFP).
Note Section L.12 for Site Visit and Proposal Questions, site visits are by appointment

visit should be limited. Any questions asked during the site visit and any questions related to the
solicitation shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer (KO) in writing.
Please note Section L.15 for Proposal Submittal Requirements and Section L.17 for
where and when to submit your proposal. The proposal due date is scheduled for December 5th,
2025 at 4 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
