The City of Columbus Department of Development Housing Division, Lead Safe Columbus Program and Lead Safe Ohio Program (LSOP)(hereinafter “City”) are seeking hotel services from extended stay style hotels to be used as temporary housing for homeowners and/or tenants while the lead abatement hazards that have been found in their homes are being addressed. The City seeks to contract with multiple extended stay style hotels throughout the Columbus/ Franklin County area. The Contract period shall run from the date of approval order to December 31, 2025, with an option to renew each year until December 31, 2028. A Contract review will be conducted by each October, by both the City and the Contractor, to determine if the Contract shall be renewed. Questions will be accepted until Tuesday, February 18, 2025, 1:00PM (local time).
