This section sets forth the specific requirements necessary to fulfill the Contractor’s requirements under any resulting contract. Specifically, the Proposer shall submit a proposal to COTA that includes your background in environmental consulting services and how it would support COTA’s maintenance facilities, transit centers, transit terminals, park and rides and bus stops. The Contractor shall also provide consulting services as required on environmental issues related to COTA operations for a five (5) year period. The services provided will be on a task order basis for this contract term. The Contractor shall have a full-time Professional Engineer licensed to practice in the state of Ohio on its staff and furnish documented experience in providing environmental consulting services
