The MetroHealth System (MHS) is looking for a long-term partner to provide a modern innovative fully integrated Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) solution/platform that not only meets organizations current requirements but is also flexible and scalable to meet its future business and technology needs. along with Implementation services of such platform. MHS is seeking a full digitization of an ERP solution integrated across multiple processes including but not limited to Human Capital, Financial Management, Supply Chain, Payroll, and others such as Grants Management, Contract Management to provide a few examples. Bid Specifications The objectives of this deployment include: Integrated Human Resource, Finance and Supply Chain applications Operate within a modern fully integrated digital architecture A system that provides a high degree of configurable parameters instead of customization Automate functions currently requiring manual intervention Reduce/eliminate redundant data entry Provide improved data analysis and reporting that is easy for average users to use, customizable reporting tools and modern analytical toolsets, and dashboards aimed at Managers and Executive leadership. Provide employee and prospective employee self-service mobile and desktop capabilities for Demographics, Expense Reporting, Time Reporting, Payroll and Benefits functions
