Firms interested in being considered for contracts to provide design services for various water and sewer projects should submit a Statement of Qualifications, which should include information regarding the firm’s competence to perform professional design services indicated by the technical training, education, and experience of the firm’s personnel, particularly those persons who would be assigned to perform services in the District. Statements should also include information relative to the firm’s experience in preparing various state and federal grant and loan program applications for funding of these water and sanitary sewer projects; workload and availability of qualified personnel, equipment and facilities to perform the required professional design services competently and expeditiously; and past performance of the firm as reflected by the evaluations of previous clients with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and meeting of deadlines. Statements shall also address the firm’s ability to submit projects in electronic format and the firm’s familiarity with the District, including previous experience with the District and other public agencies in Northwestern Ohio.
