SCOPE OF SERVICES/SPECIFICATIONS Offeror shall design, develop, and co-host a series of targeted workshops, trainings, and supporting materials to increase awareness, understanding, and uptake of energy efficiency, electrification, and clean energy investments across key building and stakeholder audiences. This effort will support the City’s broader climate, energy affordability, and decarbonization goals, and will be in alignment with the development of the Cincinnati Green Bank (Green Bank) and its intended offerings, by equipping decision-makers with practical guidance on technologies, financing, incentives, and implementation pathways. PROJECT OBJECTIVES Increase understanding of energy efficiency, electrification, and clean energy technologies and their economic and operational benefits. Equip audiences with clear, actionable guidance on financing, incentives, tax credits, and credit stacking opportunities, including the latest state and federal policy developments. Support equitable access to clean energy investments for owners of affordable housing, homeowners, and tax-exempt entities. Produce publicly accessible materials that can continue to support market education beyond the live workshops, including case studies, implementation roadmaps, Q/A, and/or best practice guides, etc. WORKPLAN This high-level workplan is available in greater detail in Exhibits A&B – Scope of Services. Task 1 – Outreach & Marketing Deliverables: Outreach and marketing plan, including a workshop schedule. Marketing materials (e.g., email invitations, social media text) for each audience. Task 2 – Education & Public Access Deliverables: Subtask 2.1 – Architects & Engineers Workshop and Materials One live training session for architects and engineers, with Q&A and interactive discussion, offered virtually and/or in person. Recorded version of the session and slide decks for posting publicly on City and/or Green Bank websites and future use. PDF guidance summarizing key technologies, design considerations, case studies (from Ohio and peer markets), and relevant incentives. Post-workshop survey. Subtask 2.2 – Multifamily Affordable Housing Workshops and Materials At least two live workshops for multifamily affordable housing stakeholders (e.g., one targeted to small multifamily and one to large multifamily) offered virtually and/or in person. Recorded version of the sessions and slide decks for posting publicly on City and/or Green Bank websites and future use. PDF case studies and how-to guides, including common Q&A and overviews of relevant financing and incentive programs. Post-workshop surveys. Subtask 2.3 – Single-Family Homeowner Workshops and Materials At least one live workshop for single-family homeowners and partner organizations, with a focus on practical “how to get started” steps. Recorded version of the session and slide deck for posting publicly on City and/or Green Bank websites and future use. PDF case studies, ranked “bang for the buck” improvement guides, and checklists that homeowners and partner organizations can use for project planning and vendor engagement. Post-workshop survey.
