Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will partner with DODD to offer a series of trainings and/or e-learning courses related to employment services topics. The final training courses will be uploaded to DODD’s My Learning platform (https://mylearning.dodd.ohio.gov/) for access by employment services providers. The contractor will develop content or provide DODD the option to purchase any existing training content and/or e-learning courses related to employment services topics. The training topics to be addressed, at a minimum are: 1. Employment for People with Disabilities and Criminal Histories 2. Engaging Businesses in the Job Development Process 3. Job Development and Customized Employment 4. Networking to Create Better Employment Outcomes 5. Foundations of Employment Services Training Content: • Training content refers to text and information organized for an online course. Training content can include instructional text, examples or case studies, self-assessment tools, quizzes, infographics, or links to external resources. • Training content would be required to be submitted in text format, such as Microsoft Word (DOCX) or plain text (TXT). • If videos are included, they would be required submitted in MP4, AVI, or MOV. • If infographics or other images are included, they are required to be submitted in JPEG or PNG.
