The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is seeking bids from qualified licensed plumbing contractors to provide emergency plumbing services on an as needed basis. The contract(s) will be for a two (2) year period. The selected contractor(s) shall be responsible for the repair of water supply and distribution piping, natural gas lines, sanitary/storm/combination sewer lines, and miscellaneous piping and/or any related equipment throughout the Authority. The contractor(s) must be able to respond twenty- four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Expected response time will be one (1) hour during normal work hours and two (2) hours during non-work hour periods, including weekends and holidays. The successful contractor(s) will be fully responsible for any permits and inspections that may be required by the City of Cleveland or other applicable jurisdictions. All work shall be completed in strict compliance with all State and local codes, as well as all Federal, State, and local laws.
