Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The application(s) must be able to run on both Windows and Apple operating systems and optimally will also be able to run on Android and iOS devices • The application(s) must be able to distribute a message from a centralized console to all attached endpoints • The application(s) must be able to distribute a message to all attached endpoints within 2 minutes • The application(s) must be able to operate as an “agent” or “service” for any logged in user, and optimally will have the ability to display messages on the login screen of any attached endpoint • The application(s) must be easy to use and have built-in access control mechanisms so it can only be activated by identified administrators • The application(s) must allow identified administrators to pre-load emergency messages for specific scenarios
