The Ohio Board of Nursing (OBN) is in search of an email marke8ng pla:orm to send out no8ces, rule changes, and informa8on to our licensees and cer8ficate holders. Currently, OBN has just over 300,000 email addresses which the Board serves. The pla:orm OBN requires will be able to handle that number of email addresses with the ability to expand in the immediate future. Segmenta8on is a must, as well as op8mized analy8cs and repor8ng, easy email design, and the ability to create an automated, personalized user journey through drip campaigns and targeted email sends. SMS automa8on is a plus but not a necessity. The pla:orm that matches our needs will be a one-stop shop and robust enough to handle several email campaign sends monthly.
