Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFP aims to obtain proposals from vendors to select an electronic payment processing system to collect online payments from the Sewer District’s direct customers. The payment system should be capable of interacting with the Sewer District’s On-prem Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Huntington Bank. After selecting an electronic payment processing system, the Sewer District will issue another RFP to select an Oracle consulting partner to integrate it with the Oracle ERP system. The software provider should work with the Oracle vendor partner selected by the Sewer District to build an interface between the selected payment processing systems and the Sewer District’s Oracle ERP system. The payment processing software provider should work with the Sewer District’s bank (Huntington) for payment integration. The Sewer District’s IT and Finance team will coordinate with the selected Oracle consulting partner and Huntington Bank.
