Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide electrical services to the Northwest Ohio Psychiatric Hospital. The contractor must be licensed and certified to install and repair high, medium, and low voltage electrical services; fire alarm systems; security systems including cameras; electronic door locks; intercom; data systems including cable and fiber installation; equipment controls and service. Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, and materials to complete this work. No sub-contracting will be accepted unless prior approval is received. The bid should show hourly rates for the above services during normal working hours, weekends and holidays as well as be accompanied by any written certifications. Invoices must be itemized to clearly reflect labor and materials separately (if any materials are used). Materials may be provided by NOPH (prior approval will be required if the contractor is to provide any materials. NOPH will request and schedule services as needed. All planned work shall be scheduled through the Maintenance Department and performed during regular working hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Contractor shall provide “on-call” service within two (2) hours of notification.
