The project will achieve two main aspects: the completion and creation of a comprehensive master plan of the building and the surrounding area as well as executing renovations to preserve the historical Munger House. This project will provide the local community with a greater sense of historical significance and will serve as a catalyst for revitalization in a premium area of Centerville. The following modifications are planned as part of the renovations of the structure and include, but are not limited to: Cellar modifications for proper drainage and/or pump mechanisms in addition to exterior perimeter drainage to prevent pooling and seepage of water and water incursion Exterior modifications to preserve the historical character of the house Plaster walls and ceiling repairs Custom woodwork and interior casework replicated to 1800s/early 1900s design Replacement or restoration of old doors and windows due to their properties of a smaller useful lifespan These services will include planning and design and cost estimating. The full project is estimated to cost between $100,000 and $500,000 depending on the plans and scope of the project. 3.
