The Consultant will furnish all professional services necessary to produce a complete, code-compliant design for the electric vehicle charging installations at the 8th & Sycamore, Court & Walnut, Whex, and Ziegler Park garages. Scope includes preparing single-line diagrams; load calculations; conduit and feeder routing; panel schedules, and detailed plans for charger mounting, bollard placement, pavement striping, signage, and ADA-compliant stall geometries. The Consultant will determine any minor structural or fire-stopping modifications required to support the work, verify that each site remains within the service capacities confirmed by Duke Energy, and coordinate with the utility on metering and protection requirements.
