Specifications include, but are not limited to: The MetroHealth System (MHS) is seeking proposals for the upgrade, delivery and support of their current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The primary objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to upgrade the current Lawson application level from version 9.0.1 to version 10. Additionally, this RFP seeks to solicit a combination of technology upgrade, delivery methods and support. MHS is seeking innovative responses including hosting services, Software as a Service (SAAS) and on-premise solutions options. Vendors must be a certified Infor/Lawson upgrade partner. The engagement will include technical implementation and data migration activities as well as recommendations from an applications and system administration perspective. Vendors can respond to this RFP in its entirety addressing each section separately or respond to only the components for which they can offer solutions.
