The City of Dublin, Ohio is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide seven-day cleaning services at the Dublin Community Recreation Center, five-day cleaning services at the and weekend cleaning services at the Kaltenbach Community Center. In addition, cleaning services will be provided in restroom facilities in a number of City rage. The Parks/Garage restroom cleaning services will be provided five days a week (including weekends) year-round. The successful contractor will provide skilled, motivated labor, including working supervisors, plus a vehicle for transporting trash/recycling materials to a dumpster site and servicing the various parks restrooms throughout the City. Other than the parks and garage sites, cleaning services will be provided during non-business hours, primarily in the late evening and overnight. The City of Dublin will provide most cleaning supplies, chemicals, paper products and cleaning equipment.
