Develop a strategic framework for a fully integrated physical and digital, multi-modal wayfinding strategy that improves navigation for all users and abilities, enables easy system updates, and establishes maintenance and content management protocols and partnership alignment to ensure long-term success. 3. Recommend advanced technology and inclusive design solutions that ensure ADA-accessible tools and content, accommodate diverse mobility modes—including driving, walking, biking, and public transit— and expand connectivity by providing Wi-Fi hot spots in underserved communities. 4. Create a unified system design strategy that reinforces Cincinnati’s urban identity while integrating existing and emerging city, district, neighborhood, and individual neighborhood district branding. 5.
