• Echo Hills Golf Course Door Hardware Replacement Please supply and install new door hardware according to the following specifications, this work is to the performed to the awarded contractor as soon as possible. Coordination of the work is to be scheduled with the Golf Manager, after all the material has been acquired. • Front Entry Double Doors (1) Remove and replace panic door hardware, including new butt hinges, perimeter seal, (2) sweeps, (1) 7/0 astragal sweep, 4500 series for 3070 double door, leaf panic door device for both doors, (1) keyway rim cylinder, (2) 12"x 90 degrees offset pulls, (2) 3x34 kickplates, painting existing closers, repair holes in doors and repaint both doors. o This door will have access control added to it which will be supplied by others. • Double Doors (2) Remove and replace panic door hardware, including new butt hinges, perimeter seal, (2) sweeps, (1) 7/0 astragal sweep, 4500 series for 3070 double door, leaf panic door device for both doors, (1) keyway rim cylinder, (2) 12"x 90 degrees offset pulls, (2) 3x34 kickplates, painting existing closers, repair holes in doors and repaint both doors. o These doors will not be replaced and will not have access control. • Doors to Restrooms (3) Remove and replace with 4701 series rim panic device, Schlage keyway rim cylinder, one pull handle, paint and repair doors. o These doors will have access control added which will be supplied by others. • Double Doors (4) Remove and replace with (2) sets of model #160D x for DIA x32D push bar with 1" diameter with exterior pulls 6/0x7/0 door unit, (2) door sweeps aluminum, (1) astragal kit 7'0", mortise cylinder/Schlage C/26D, (2) 190S, with kick plates. Also include perimeter seal Paint doors and make necessary repairs.
