Specifications include, but are not limited to: To establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for Document Destruction and Shredding services on as-needed basis at the Recreation and Parks Department, 1533 Alum Industrial Drive West and various recreation parks and centers throughout Columbus on an as needed basis. The maximum dollar amount to be spent on this agreement is $2,500.00. Contractor Requirements Must be able to provide the following services at a minimum; • Provide pick up and shredding or destruction of documents stored in standard size Banker's Boxes (10x 12x 15) • Provide certificate/receipt of document destruction • Dispose of all waste generated by document destruction • Must be National Association of Information Destruction (NAID) certified . Contractor while performing duties shall at all times adhere to industry standards and abide by all EPA, OSHA, and all applicable regulations. The successful bidder will be required to submit a State of Ohio Workers' Compensation Certificate and Liability Insurance Certificate.
