The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is requesting qualifications from interested Architect/Engineer (“A/E”) teams for a renovation in Doan Hall, located at 410 W 10th Ave. This project will renovate rooms 242, 242A, 242C, 234, and 232 – these rooms currently house (2) CT scanners, (2) control rooms, and a shared equipment room within approximately 1,100sf. Both CT scanners will be removed, and the space will be renovated for one new CT scanner to be installed, with minor modifications to one adjacent control room and one equipment room. The remaining space will be renovated to create (2) pre/post/patient-holding bays and minor support space to serve the department. It is anticipated that the new CT scan room will function as a Class 1 Imaging room per FGI Guidelines.
