The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center requests qualifications from interested CMR teams for a renovation in Doan Hall, located at 410 W 10th Ave in Columbus, Ohio. This project will renovate rooms 207H, 207G, 207E and 207R that currently house four separate imaging equipment within approximately 1,500sf of the current nuclear medicine suite. The four existing pieces of equipment will be removed by OSU. This project will renovate space to create two Spect-CT scanner rooms with a shared control room between 207H, 207G and 207E, and also replace a 3rd Spect-CT in 207R (with modifications to control room 207Q). It is anticipated that mechanical, electrical, structural and other utility upgrades may be required to support the three new Spect-CTs. The basis of design for all three Spect-CTs is Siemens Symbia Pro.Specta. This project will require coordination with the Medical Center’s imaging equipment vendor/installer for the new Spect-CTs.
