Demolition Services: o Perform demolition of all unsafe, deteriorated, or abandoned structures on-site, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. o Ensure proper disposal of demolished materials in accordance with state and local environmental regulations. o Safeguard surrounding properties during demolition activities to minimize impact and potential damages. 3. Property Clean-Up and Debris Removal: o Remove demolition materials, trash, old furniture, discarded tires, overgrown vegetation, and any other debris from the property. o Ensure the property is cleared of hazardous materials, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. 4. Site Restoration: o Restore the site to a clean and safe condition after demolition and clean-up work is completed; ensuring grass seed is planted on leveled surface. o Perform site stabilization to prevent erosion, stabilize the ground, and prevent further property degradation if necessary. 5. Compliance and Reporting: o Ensure all work is compliant with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental standards, building codes, and health and safety codes. o Provide detailed reports of activities, including work completed, materials used, and disposal methods. Reports should be submitted to the City of Trotwood as agreed upon in the contract.
