1: Submit EPA notification for demolition - Remove the building and foundation to a minimum of two (2) feet below final grade. Remove all debris, discarded items and garbage from the entire site both interior and exterior. All demolition debris must be lawfully hauled to an approved disposal site. Disposal reciepts and/or proof of lawfull disposal must be provided to the City upon request. 2: Remove the yard walks and steps. 3: Back fill the basement/crawl space with CLEAN earth or rubble fill not to exceed 30% rubble. No pieces of stone or concrete fill shall exceed 10"x10"x10". Spread a minimum of six (6") inches of CLEAN earth over the rubble fill. Finished surface shall not contain any gravel or rocks. 4: Grade the lot to conform to existing contours, unless otherwise specified.
