The ToCI Asphalt project is to fix the parking lots and roads. Many of TOCI’s roads need crack filled and sealed along with the parking lots. Also, some mill and fill are needed for noted areas. • The contractor is responsible for verifying all measurements. • Contractor shall 2” mill and replace noted areas. A. Contractor shall mill entire shaded area of asphalt to a depth of 2” B. Contractor to truck demolished materials to off-site location. C. Contractor to mill transition joints deemed necessary to ensure a smooth transition between new and existing asphalt. D. Contractor to thoroughly clean area to be overlaid with vac truck and/or power blowers. E. Contractor to provide and install 2” on compacted #448 Type-I asphalt to the entire designated surface. F. Contractor to properly grade all new pavement to existing catch basin • Contractors shall crack fill, seal and strip noted areas. A. Contractor to power broom sweep entire asphalt area. B. Contractor to remove all vegetation growing through asphalt. C. Contractor shall fill cracks with rubberized crack fill material. D. Contractors shall fill all potholes flush to existing pavement. E. The contractor shall re-paint curbing fire lanes yellow to match existing. F.
