Line #10 - Annual inspection fee per extinguisher - Includes testing, service and tagging of the entire inventory of approximately 1,200 fire extinguishers at multiple locations. All fire extinguishers in service are mounted throughout the plant, in vehicles, and in a storage area that will need physically inspected, swapped in and out, or replaced. A loaner of the same type and at least equal size shall be supplied while a unit is removed for service. Rechargeable extinguishers found with deficiencies shall be removed from service and corrective actions taken to return to service. Units that require hydrostatic testing shall be removed from service and a loaner put in place until testing is completed and unit is returned or replaced. Safety seals and tagging shall be included as part of the service.
