Product Requirement Specifications: 3.3.1 ITEM # 1; One (1) set of Four (4) Mobile Column Truck Lift, Gray Manufacturing USA Model WPLS or approved equal; 3.3.1.1 Capacities: 3.3.1.2 Each lift will have minimum capacity of 19,000LBS; 3.3.1.3 Lifts shall have a minimum working height of 81”; 3.3.2 Wheel End Specs: 3.3.2.1 Minimum Wheel diameter of 5”; 3.3.2.2 Maximum wheel diameter of 24.5”; 3.3.2.3 Maximum tire diameter of 47”; 3.3.3 Lift Design; 3.3.3.1 Lifts must be able to be confirgured in pairs of 2,4,6, and 8. 3.3.3.2 Lifts must have pallet jack style handle and adjustable carrage for mobility; 3.3.3.3 Lifts shall have onboard 110v charging capabilities. 3.3.4 Operating system; 3.3.4.1 Lifts shall contain a 24 volt internal operating system. 3.3.4.2 Lifts shall include touch screen, internet enabled control console. 3.3.4.3 Lifts shall include digital encoders to maintain synchronization; 3.3.4.4 Lifts shall be programmed to exchanged data on dedicated wireless communication to proved constant communication between the lifting units; to include exitsting Gray Manufacturing WPLS model lifts currently owned by the City of Columbus Division of Water.
