1. Develop, plan, and implement a project schedule that will run from award date to be completed by December 31, 2026. 2. The proposer will build fiber out to every unserved and underserved Broadband Serviceable Location in Brown and Clermont Counties. 3. The proposer will also agree to build out to every unserved and underserved Broadband Serviceable Location in Adams County without BroadbandOhio grant funding. The unserved and underserved addresses will be based on the most recent and available FCC Broadband Map and any known existing commitment for any unserved and underserved addresses. 4. The proposer will agree to design a project to provide internet service speeds of at least 100/100 Mbps upon completion of the project. 5. The new and/or improved last mile connections that will benefit from the middle mile investment must also provide internet speeds of at least 100/100 Mbps upon completion of the project. 6. Internet service providers utilizing investments funded by CPF will be required to participate in the FCC’s Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) – a $30 per month subsidy for lowincome families. 7. The proposer will have to follow all reporting requirements for CPF funding as well as all current reporting requirements that apply to successful Ohio Residential Broadband Expansion Grant Program grantees.
