Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Cincinnati is seeking professional engineering design services for a Feasibility Study. Study work will likely require the inclusion and coordination of additional professional consultant team members such as architects, landscape architects, environmental graphic designers, public engagement consultants, and real estate professionals. All professional consultant design services for the Feasibility Study shall be prepared in compliance with Ohio Department of Transportation Project Development Process, (ODOT-PDP), for the preliminary engineering and development of design alternatives for daily and event-oriented pedestrian prioritized streetscape improvements along Central Parkway from 12th Street to Liberty Street in compliance with Complete Street best practices.
