Specifications include, but are not limited to: The district is seeking a third-party, external analysis and evaluation of the Denver Teacher Residency Program (DTR), at Denver Public Schools. The purpose of this RFP is to secure an independent evaluation and analysis of this program, benefits and results. The end result will be reports to District Administrators, and the University of Denver, leadership team concerning its progress and benefits. The information provided herein is intended to assist suppliers in the preparation of proposals necessary to timely respond to this RFP. It is not intended to limit a proposal’s content; rather it is designed to provide interested suppliers with sufficient basic information to understand the District’s current operating environment and to expand upon the specifications to demonstrate their capabilities to meet the District’s short- and long-term needs. Supplier’s responding to this RFP is expected to incorporate business diversity strategies and services (management support, sub-contracted, etc.) necessary for the District to establish a maximally effective document management program
