QUANTITY: 24,000 CRIB STICKERS PRINTED. 12 STICKERS ON A 8.5X11 SHEET, TOTALING 2,000 SHEETS OF STICKERS (exact quantity); SPECIFICATIONS: 2” round stickers, four-color, 12 stickers on a 8.5x11 sheet. Die cut/kisscut; A. SIZE: 2” round; B. STOCK: Transtherm C, adhesive permanent 52550, 40# liner. Uncoated paper because they will be wrote on. C. PRESSWORK: prints one side; D. INK: 4-color; E. BINDERY: 12 stickers on a 8.5x11 sheet. F. SUPPLIED TO VENDOR: A pdf will be furnished to the selected vendor. Return all state supplied materials to the proof to person. G. PROOF: Proof shall be delivered to: Forms@childrenandyouth.ohio.gov; H. PACKAGING: Cartons are to be labeled with total amount in carton not packaged quantity. I.
