Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 High-quality training materials including a training curriculum that should be developed with input from CMHA to implement a service-focused philosophy throughout the HCV department. The training should be adapted from service models and training in the private sector and translated to the public sector. This training will focus on service-focused guiding principles, daily interactions both inside and outside of the organization, adopting a service-oriented culture, change management and implementation. 1.2 The training curriculum will include an in-person training component and accompanying materials. 1.3 The consultant will also produce a shortened 90-minute version/overview of the tools and training for future use. 1.4 Training will be provided to a staff of 62, 1.5 Respondent must provide a curriculum identifying length of training to be divided in groups of three consisting of no more than 22 participants in each session to allow for greatest impact and participation. 1.6 Training wil be held at CMHA’s Administrative office located at 1635 Western Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45214.
