1.1 The study will evaluate treatments, recommend and prioritize improvements at the following crosswalk locations: • B rand R oad at Earlington Parkway • B rand R oad at Coventry Woods B oulevard • Avery R oad at Jacana Drive • Glick R oad at Carnoustie Drive • R iverside Drive at Scioto Park • Emerald Parkway at Emerald Campus • North High Street at North Street 1.2 Establish study goals and objectives. 1.3 Perform research and applicable warrants to determine the type of treatment for each location. References shall include, but not be limited to: • MUTCD 11th Edition, including the Ohio Supplement • FHWA Pedestrian Hybrid B eacon Guide • Ohio Department of Transportation Multimodal Design Guide • City of Dublin Crosswalk Treatment Guideline [Crosswalk Treatment Guidelines] 1.4 Develop criteria, including objective characteristics such as traffic volumes, travel speeds, user types, and other elements as defined by the study, to prioritize the crosswalk enhancement locations.
