Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County is seeking a signage firm that can visualize and create any graphic display, virtual or otherwise, intended to augment wayfinding on Ashtabula County local government properties. The creation of directional information that is ‘on brand” with currently established County branding would ideally be recognizable to the public while using multimodal means of transportation for exterior and interior signage, to include parking areas. The offeror will need to possess the range of expertise necessary to design and propose creative ways to address both placement/siting of signage and content/graphic design for the courthouse complex and other buildings identified in this RFP.
