Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide a staffing plan identifying the Project Manager responsible for assuring that the Contractor completes the Scope of Work and Deliverables specified herein. The staffing plan shall include: 5.1.1.1 The Project Managers resume, job description, vitae, or other similar information describing the Project Managers educational and work experiences, licenses, and certifications. 5.1.1.2 The roles/responsibilities of any staff being provided by the Contractor in addition to the Project Manager (i.e., name, position, duties to be performed, job description, resume, vita). 5.1.1.3 A contingency plan for replacing the Project Manager or staff members. 5.1.1.4 The anticipated number of hours and the costs/hour for the Contractors staff assigned to the project.
