Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Ohio Department of Developments (Development) Technology and Innovation Division is requesting proposals from contractors to provide evaluation services and other forms of technical assistance related to technology-based entrepreneurial assistance programs. Specifically, this RFP is seeking Contractor Services for the evaluation of proposals submitted for funding under Ohios Third Frontier and other technology-based economic development programs supporting entrepreneurial assistance and early-stage capital initiatives administered by Development, and to provide technical assistance to Development regarding entrepreneurial assistance and early-stage capital initiatives. Development is requesting proposals to provide these services in State fiscal years 2012 and 2013.
